REI 2007 Financial Information

REI is organized as a consumer cooperative and reports its financial results to members annually in March to coincide with the annual distribution of profits. The company operates and reports its results on a calendar year basis. From this page information is available about the co-op's annual financial results, including a balance sheet and income statement, as well as the most recent audited financial report.

Also, in keeping with current best practices in governance, REI follows the public company practice of providing information about the compensation of its top five most highly compensated executives.
