Suunto T4 heart rate monitor will take the guesswork out of your workout, and have you on the fast track to personal fitness!
- Works well for multisport activities such as running, walking, spinning, step exercising and cycling
- Based on your personal fitness level (age, gender and weight/height) T4 calculates needed intensity and duration of training to improve your condition
- Stay on track during training using alarms set to 3 heart rate limits; includes real-time average heart rate and customizable stopwatch display
- Tracks your physiological progress and displays your Training Effect, showing you the cardiovascular benefit of your workout on a 1-to-5 scale
- Suunto Coach program takes into account your current aerobic condition and generates daily/weekly workout plans for continuous improvement
- Also accurately displays real-time the calories you're burning
- Time mode includes functions such as 50-lap stopwatch, dual time, date and alarm
- Unit uses interference-free ANT technology and coding, so there's no cross-talk with other heart rate monitors
- Suunto Comfort Belt chest transmitter provides a snug yet cozy fit that improves the accuracy of heart rate measurements
- T4 warns you when batteries are low; uses consumer-replaceable CR 2032 batteries
- Will work with optional Suunto PODs (sold separately) to track your speed and distance
