To locate a package:

  2. Enter your REI order number (found on the confirmation page of your order, or the order confirmation e-mail or invoice that was sent to you).
  4. Enter the 5-digit billing address zip code entered for your order.
  6. Note: Package tracking information is available approximately 48 hours after you place your order.
  • Package tracking is available for U.S. orders made online. Tracking is not available for orders made by phone.
  • We also offer limited tracking of REI Store Pickup orders.
  • You may track your package approximately 48 hours after you place your order. This delay may be longer for orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays.
  • Please note that oversized and hazardous items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
